David Dials (a.k.a. Super Cell) is not much of a super hero. His only super power is speed dial. He arrives just in time to call the @$%# cops. Then, he splits....er...that's the plan. Then, there is this: The most evil artist in Philatropolis is hell bent on painting the apocalypse! Super Cell's 911 call could save the day. The Bad Pope, a bevy of Body Paintettes, and a pint of IPU won't sway our man. But carpel tunnel syndrome (his private kryptonite) is jackin' up Super Cell's phone hand.
