A man comes into town to investigate the murder of an old friend while reconnecting with another involved in the very syndicate that may have taken his friend's life.

Jacob subsists from the drug dealing business, and Dallan is on his way to make a name for himself in his career, but when their old friend Andrew is murdered their paths will cross one more time. Though Dallan begins to try to investigate the murder of his friend, and help Jacob from the dangerous lifestyle that he lives, things take an unexpected turn for the worse as their personal issues, old conflicts, and new obstacles begin to surface.
