When notoriously troubled Patient 773 a.k.a. Travis Ryan breaks out of Pennbrook Pines Psychiatric Ward, he flees to Canada hiding out at a desolate residence on a College campus. After going into hiding Travis' violent urges begin to spiral out of control as they always do, when a perceived threat presents itself in the form of a masked psychopath.
