What happens when you suffer from an incurable condition that makes it impossible to differentiate between a dream and reality?

The story is about a guy named siddu, who has a psychological condition called nightmare disorder, so he can't differentiate between a dream and reality. Things does not go well when his friend is murdered and the rest of the plot revolves around it.

Siddu (Praveen Tej) suffers from disorder that makes it difficult for him to differentiate between dream and reality. His biggest challenge is to find a girl willing to marry him, despite his condition. He finds his lady-love in Madhu (Shilpa Manjunath). But then, when Madhu goes to Rajasthan to attend her friend's wedding, leaving Siddu behind, he becomes embroiled in a murder mystery. Did the murder really happen, or was it a figment of Siddu's imagination? Will he be able to lead normal life after all the drama that ensues?—Vinay Lokesh
