An aspiring police officer changes the course of his life when he is unable to achieve his dream due to dirty politics. Then, he turns into an outlaw and decides to eliminate crime on his own.

The story of aspiring police officer, Prithviraj, who lives a poor lifestyle with his widowed mother; loves Radha, his neighbor, who is employed as the Secretary in the Police Department. He does make it to the final list and is about to get hired as a Sub-Inspector, but his name is removed at the 11th hour by the Superintendent of Police, Laajmani.
