In season 6, Christina-Laia Vlahos travels back to Greece, to the Greek island of Crete. After chatting with the locals, who reveal their favorite recipes, the host returns to Canada to recreate Greek dishes with local produce.

Star Foodies is back for SEASON 6. In the 30 minute travel and culinary series, Christina travels to the beautiful Greek island of Crete. The season is focused most within Chania (Crete). There, the host discovers the remnants of brilliant civilizations, impressive mountain scapes, fertile valleys and steep gorges, and learn all about the island's rich gastronomic culture. After chatting with a person of interest, Christina asks them to reveal a secret favorite recipe which she remakes in her kitchen in Canada. Midway through the show, she returns to Canada and the GTA to begin cooking. The cooking portion ensues as she attempts to remake the recipes she learned in Crete. Each episode includes English sub-titles for all viewers to enjoy the multicultural series.
