Set in the Suffolk rave culture as the film follows two gangs one from the London J1 crew as they battle with each other for the control of a new Bio-Drug, Stagger.

Jakes finds himself having to deal with all of it as well as the clash between rival gangs organizing illegal raves. An associate of Jake has combined a new Bio Drug that he nor any body else knows all of the odd side effects.—Paul.T.T.Easter
