Harald Krassnitzer plays the hotelier and mayor Joseph in St. Josef. His daughter-in-law Svea (Paula Kalenberg) is a northerner and can't really imagine a church wedding in the Austrian mountains. But after some hesitation, she gets involved in a church festival with all the trimmings in the home of her husband Peter Pirnegger (Sebastian Wendelin).
