His other neighbor Squidward is a sarcastic, boring octopus who can't stand Spongebob. At the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob works for the money-obsessed Eugene Krabs. While Mr. Krabs is often harsh to his employees, he is clever and cares deeply for his own daughter Pearl. He works at the Krusty Krab, the most popular restaurant in Bikini Bottoms, as a chef who cooks their most famous burger, The Krabby Patty. With his job in the Krusty Krab, Spongebob meets new characters such as his crazy boss named Eugene Krabs who is in love with money and Plankton, a tiny sea creature who is determined to steal the Krabby Patty formula and make his restaurant more famous! Spongebob goes through crazy adverntures with his best friend Patrick and Mrs. Puff his boarding school teacher who is always going through some trouble when a Spongebob sits behind the wheel. But with his humorous and optimistic attitude, it doesn't even matter anymore because spongebob makes an amazing and fun character!
Set underwater in the Bikini Atoll, is a fictional town called Bikini Bottom, SpongeBob SquarePants lives in his iconic pineapple house and loves hanging around with his best friend Patrick.
SpongeBob also enjoys Jellyfishing, Blowing Bubbles, but most of all, enjoys working as a fry cook at the Krusty Krab.
Patrick Star is SpongeBobs best friend and although he is seen to be dumb, he has shown signs of intelligence as well.
Squidward Tentacles is also an employee at the Krusty Krab, but unlike SpongeBob he doesn't enjoy working there and is quite often unhappy about it. Squidward does enjoy Painting, Playing his Clarinet and collecting fancy items.
Mr Eugene Krabs is the greedy owner and proprietor of the Krusty Krab restaurant. Despite being loving money, he does still respect SpongeBob as an employee. Mr Krabs also has a teenage, whale daughter named Pearl, who is often seen with her friends. He also has an ever ongoing feud with Plankton over his secret formula.
Sandy Cheeks is the resident scientist in Bikini Bottom and along with Karen, she is the smartest member of the town. She is almost always helping out her friends with new inventions. Being a squirrel, she wears an air helmet when she is not in her tree dome.
Sheldon and Karen Plankton are the owners of the restaurant across the street from the Krusty Krab, The Chum Bucket. The Chum Bucket doesn't usually get great business and Sheldon grows ever envious of Mr Krabs success and is always seen attempting to steal his secret formula. Karen is his computer wife and brains behind most of his evil schemes.
Gary is SpongeBobs pet snail, which he loves a lot. Despite being a snail, Gary has also been showing signs of intelligence, but can also be quite sarcastic at times as well.
Mrs Puff is SpongeBobs boating instructor, who has failed him over and over again, to the point where she doesn't want to get into the boat with him. She is also Mr Krabs' girlfriend and the two are seen having dates together.
