Maddie Ann Carlson is forced to enter the Western Medical Facility when she finds herself lost on the streets. Dr. Malloy believes that he can help her, but only by delving into the horrific situations that have left Maddie nearly insane. As Maddie discusses the three most horrible phases of her life, she is forced to see how and why she has become what she has.
