Dustin and Andy have been best friends since high school. They work together at the local steel yard, drink together at the local bar, and share a passion for dirt-track racing. Midget cars, modified trucks, go-karts, anything with four wheels and a combustion engine. Just when they get the chance to start a race team, a freak accident nearly kills Andy. But Andy, having found a new lease on life, starts "spinning out".
