Avi, Cindy and Estefany, 13 years old, are three young girls who live in a shantytown. They form a gang accustomed to small robberies. One day, they decide to rob apartments by climbing the balcony.

Three teenagers from 'Toma Modelo de Peñalolen", the biggest shantytown in Chile, obsessed with the view of wealthy suburb that faces theirs, and influenced by magazines, TV ads and the outdoors surrounding them, dream about having the same. Lead by Avi, the blonde of the trio, they enter a residential building by the front door, ostensibly to visit her uncle, take the fire scape and climb into a luxurious flat. Soon enough, the media start calling them "Spider Girls" - Based on true events.
