In 1960s Paris, TV announcer Christine Beauval crashes the glass ceiling and brings criminals to justice in a drama that's part "Mad Men," part Agatha Christie.
July 1962. Christine Beauval, RTF Studio's star newsreader, is assaulted. A few days before the attack, Minister of Information Éric Jauffret promotes Pierre Beauval, Christine's husband and superior at RTF, to head of Mondovision - a position coveted by Joseph Darnet, RTF's head controller. What the Beavals don't know is that Jauffret has been having a secret affair with their young daughter, Colette, whose best friend soon turns up dead. And in the midst of these intrigues comes Isabelle Auclair, a young newsreader prepared to do anything to take Christine's place.—Happy_Evil_Dude
