Space Buddies start with a shot of the space shuttle on the launch pad. looking through the window you can see all of the buddies getting ready to launch. they have a brief conversation about what they are going to do once they get into space and all agree that they should go to the moon. Mission control tells them that they are ready to launch and begins the countdown. at one second the buddies get ready and brace as the space shuttle launches. they are all pushed back into their seats as a hilarious soundtrack plays. Then they hear from Mission control that everything is looking good, and mission control tells them to have a nice trip. The Camera Pans out of the window, zooms out, and then zooms onto the wing showing a giant NASA logo and the word Challenger on it. It cuts to shaking news camera footage as we watch as the vehicle explodes. Credits roll.
