SOUL GOLD is a buddy action-comedy set in Los Angeles where two cops must put aside their differences to make the city's biggest drug bust. OZ (Malibu surfer boy and former NBA athlete) and HAYES (bellicose, by-the-book veteran from south central), get demoted to doing security work on the set of the hottest new global talent competition show. While working the menial job, they continue to hunt for GIANG HUNG (an international drug lord), whose newest club drug, Crystal Myst, is killing party kids throughout the city.
