An ex-convict police officer, jailed for sexually molesting a woman, now works as a night watchman.

Shortly after arresting Yuvraj Raj Chelapathi (Nasser) for assaulting him, Inspector Raja Dorai (Arjun), himself, is arrested for sexually molesting a young woman in a train compartment. He is subsequently tried in Court, found guilty and sentenced to prison. After his discharge he finds employment as a night watchman in Bharat Nagar and comes to the rescue of its' residents on many occasions. When Chela Dorai (Sarath Babu) introduces a Chit Fund in order to enable residents to invest in real estate, many people make their contributions, but soon find that both Chela and the money are missing.
