Jusce, a lobster fisherman from a northeastern village in Brazil, is in love with Ana, interested only in a dream life through images she sees in television soap opera. When Jusce?s old friend, Rogério, moves back into town to be a buggy driver, her attention is divided. Jusce has the support of his fishermen friends to try, for the last time, to win Ana.
