Director Griffin "The" Hansen and producer Christina K. Caralis visit the small town of Plains, Georgia; most notable for its peanuts and its president. The town is the birthplace and lifelong home of 39th President Jimmy Carter, who entered hospice care only two months before filming. As the town gets ready to say goodbye, Carter's friends and family look back on his impact on not only their town, but themselves.
