After moving to Johnsonville's lower-class west side, Pete Edwards is unwittingly thrust into the town's annual winter snowball war. However, with the help of other "Westie" misfits, Pete learns that a little leadership and a lot of teamwork can take you much further than relying simply on the mighty dollar bill.
