Every week the three hosts invite a Flemish TV-personality to share their favorite dish. He/She shows them how they prepare the dish, and afterwards Bruno, Axel and Michiel go looking for the best basic ingredient for the dish. They all have their own idea on what and where this ingredient can be found. Next to learning about the products, they also learn about techniques, people and producers of the products. In the end, each of their products are rated by Flemish star-chef Bart Thoelen and the guest star.
