Think of a perfect moment in your life. Now lost to the flow of time, what would you do to live again in that moment?

Think of a perfect moment in your life. Now lost to the flow of time, what would you do to live again in that moment? When Gordon meets Stacy, things have never been better. A college student with a scholarship for Interspatial Astrophysics, the typically shy Gordon stumbles upon the girl of his dreams. Catching Stacy eying Gordon in class, his best friend Ethan essentially forces him to talk to her. Gordon has never been happier. Having found love, this is Gordon's perfect moment. Then tragedy strikes. Unable to cope with losing Stacy, Gordon obsesses over getting her back. He spends night and day chasing this pipe dream, much to the dismay of his best friend Ethan. Rejecting the notion that time travel is impossible, he insists that it is simply not probable, and perseveres. He is convinced that within science lays an end to his misery. Is it madness that drives him, or is he really on to something? The story is told in a non-linear fashion, with scenes alternating between those before that pivotal moment when Stacy passes away, and those after that tragic day. Singularity is a story of tragedy, but also of hope. Sad but also inspiring, this is what happens when one man refuses to let go of the past. 'Improbable, yeah, but impossible, no. Possible's all I have anymore.'—Anonymous
