Decades after a sonic boom apocalypse, an insidious regime controls the town without nature and peace.
JOPILIS, a capricious elite enforcer struggles to build hope in a zone. She is the leader of the Zoned Code Force, the only remaining law enforcement behind CCA, the Communications Control Agency but which the citizens resent.
In a brutal tirade from a junkyard cult gang, leads Jopilis investigation to an evil Lux, behind the SILENTIUM REGIME. Lux persuades Jopilis that they are searching for the gang to reveal the code, which lies the key to the zone's salvation. Jopilis refuses her and they fight... Lux leaves her for dead.
But Jopilis survives... Lux had injected her with a mysterious Q electrode. She discovers a new supernatural but when a solar storm strikes, Jopilis experiences sensory perception with mysterious visions. She begins to suspect there may be more to the code.Though finding it difficult to control her supernatural, Jopilis, with the deed of engineer Pluto, discovers that the CCA is also uncovering the code - using human experimentation. Jopilis is shocked, but with her total supernatural, she plans to find out the truth about the code and prevent further inhumane acts.
Believing Silentium is behind the atrocities, Jopilis breaks into them with agility. But the villain entomologist of Silentium, WENNA, sets his men on Jopilis. Lux, believing Jopilis to be the "savior", takes a fatal blow for Jopilis. Wenna reveals the code was false, just a veil to test a new energy source. Wenna escapes to finish his mission, RETOUCH, the same failed Q electrode that savaged the environment decades ago.
Jopilis is distraught as the dead Lux is revealed to be her long lost love, and her control over her supernatural is temperamental and worsened by her frustration.
With limited time, Jopilis is determined to save the zone from destruction. She attacks Wenna head-on. But Wenna is prepared - he reveals his artificially-engineered supernatural, concocted from Jopilis. He takes advantage of Jopilis emotional state to gain the upper-hand, but Jopilis, finally finding true hope from within herself, focuses with renewed resolve. With volatility, Jopilis defeats Wenna and disarms all the nukes headed for the zone.
But Jopilis is still too late - the reset Q electrode is deployed creating an unstable wormhole which threatens to tear apart Earth. Summoning all the pure supernatural she has left, Jopilis stabilizes reset and closes the wormhole just in time. Exhausted, but at peace, Jopilis disappears to gather her fresh strength.
Wenna is eliminated and the town has a chance to rebuild. Silence is retouched.
