A criminally-insane man is accidentally released from a mental hospital. The staff tries to cover it up, but a young psychiatrist travels to the college town where he committed several murders to warn the locals and await his arrival.

A homicidal maniac is accidentally released from a hospital because of a computer error and heads to the sorority that is the site of his past murders so he can continue to satisfy his penchant for mayhem. Dr. Joan Gilmore takes off after him while the hospital administrators cover up the mistake and send some staff thugs out to get both the doctor and the escaped lunatic.—Ørnås
