Unable to cope with the insufferable burden of unrequited love, desperate and love-smitten Alexandros summons up the courage to steal a boat. Yearning to accomplish his Quixotic dream, and meet in person the unattainable object of his desire, instead, Alexandros finds himself stranded in the treacherous blue sea. Now, marooned on a deserted sandy beach, Alexandros finds refuge in a dark and dank cave, where, along with three eccentric outcasts of society, tries to rationalise the constant ups and downs of life and relationships through strange stories of heartbreak, sarcasm, and self-deprecation.
