A film that explores sexual instincts, centering on the psychological conflicts between a mother and son, and between a son and his lover.

Tamiko lived with her son Toshio and made a living transcribing music for musician Kawano. When the mother and son arrived at a mountain lodge in the highlands in winter, Tamiko met her son's girlfriend, Yae. One day when Tamiko went to Tokyo to work, Yae invited Toshio to go skiing but Toshio complained of abdominal pain. Finally, Tamiko returned, put her hand on her son's lower abdomen and began to rub it slowly. Then, the pain and tension disappeared from Toshio's face.
