Vasanth, a stock analyst, buys a flat in a high-rise building. After knowing that a woman committed suicide in the apartment, his wife Malini begins to behave in a peculiar manner.

Malini (Meena) and Vasanth (Prashanth) move into a fancy new apartment, to find a couple of strange new characters for company, and a suicide in its recent history. The new home slowly starts taking its toll on Malini, whose behaviour gets increasingly strange. When a gruesome murder takes place, a clinical psychologist (Sarath Babu), a hard-nosed cop (Thiagarajan), and finally a witch doctor (Suhasini), all weigh in to try and fix the situation.
