Tara, the daughter of the Senapati gets married to Rajaram Maharaj from the troubled family of Chatrapathi Shivaji, who exiled his rebellious son, Sambhaji. After Shivaji's passing, Sambhaji's ascends the throne, kills his scheming stepmother, but is himself entrapped by Shaikh Nizam, blinded, tortured and killed. Rajaram ascends the throne along with Tara, however, he indulges himself with wine and women, Sambhaji's wife and son are abducted and held hostage by Badshah Aurangzeb, leaving Tara alone to deal with a rebellious Senapati, Santaji, and the Mughals.—rAjOo ([email protected])
