Ayumu Kazuki works as an assistant professor in the zoo ecology department for a university. He also has a secret side job. Ayumu works at night as an insurance investigator for a broken-heart insurance company. The company, run by effeminate Shinto priest Eitarou Tokura, charges approved customers 100 million yen to insure their love life after confessing their love to an appointed person (receiving ten times that amount in case they suffer heartbreak). Ayumu must use various psychological dating techniques to uncover customer's feelings.
