Shinoko returns home after 3 years only to see the city he once lived in overrun with crime, he now has to save and earn the love of his city while also meeting up with some old friends and other heroes who have " retired ".

Sundown City, a place of wonder, adventure, and community now nothing but a desolate playground for criminals and villains, but Sundown City is also the home of Shinoko, the new hero on the block. After being stranded on an island for some time he finally returns home only to see what his home has become. Shinoko must find the other heroes of the city and convince them to stop hiding. While back Shinoko runs into his old friends and has to muster up the courage to reveal who he truly is to reunite with them.—Gunner Bedford
