A lorry Driver who was a police officer tries to protect his daughter from an unknown man who is hunting them.

This multi-layered family thriller is set against the idyllic backdrop of Chittazha, a mountainous terrain in Idukki where bamboo reeds flourish. After much wandering from place to place, Balraman (Mohanlal), a lorry driver who lost his wife (Sneha), has finally settled down with his daughter (Ananya) at Chittazha.
