In Tripoli a man has amnesia after being attacked by his wife's lover and saves an artist's daughter from Arabs.

Willard Lindsay's wife, Yvonne, falls in love with Pierre Moreau while they are in Africa. Taking her son, she follows Moreau to Tripoli and there, after a year, she tires of Moreau. Meanwhile Lindsay has developed an interest in Barbara Thayer, the daughter of his best friend, but at the request of his wife, who would be reunited with him, Lindsay leaves Barbara. The wife dies; her son becomes Barbara's ward; and years later Lindsay is reunited with both.—AFI
