Malcolm Lyons (Joe Scott) is back, and this time he has a vengeance. Working with hit-man Hugh Rafferty (Gus McFarlane), he devises a plan to take hostages in an attempt to gain a pardon for his crimes. Chief (John Seggie), Gallagher (Chris Reynolds), Wainwright (Mark Stinson), Banes (Billy Burke), and Knightley (Paul Burke), are back on the case, and it's their job to take down Lyons before he has the opportunity to cause any more damage. Will they succeed in their plan, or will Lyons get there first?
