Two friends doing their part during the German Occupation of Greece find themselves fighting on opposite sides in the Greek Civil War years later. With brother against brother, what will it take to end the war and shake hands?

George Dimoulis and Filio Apostolou, two friends determined to do their part, flee to the mountains and the rugged countryside to fight the Nazis during the German Occupation of Greece. Filio's brother, Christos, bravely stays behind to continue the fight as an officer of the Greek Army. But as fate would have it, the destructive Greek Civil War will test their loyalty and friendship years later when George and Christos find themselves fighting on opposite sides. As a result, the new conflict turns the two former companions into sworn enemies, who now hold leading positions in the Democratic and the National Army. Now, forced to fight each other, the battlefield becomes their arena. As the hostilities between the two armies escalate, things take a dramatic turn when George is arrested and taken to the military court. With brother against brother and the land torn apart, what will it take to end the war and shake hands?—Nick Riganas
