Cooper, a twenty-two year old drug dealer, finds a laptop left aboard a commuter train. Cooper quickly becomes obsessed with the family pictures on the computer. He soon discovers that the daughter of the family, Muriel, is a crystal meth addict who frequents the same dance club as Cooper's partner, East. Cooper and Muriel form an unlikely relationship that leads to Cooper's ascent out of the drug world.
