A cinema projectionist , Akio(aged 70) happens to meet his old classmate, Susumu, for the first time in 20 years. To renew their friendships, they go to the bar Susumu has known very well. At the bar, they are recommended by the lady that they should go to the 'rejuvenating' hot spring called 'Waka -no-yu.'
