Fast-paced, character driven inspirational drama about four young African American friends who move from South Georgia, complete with their own past mistakes, and set out to make it in Atlanta. Unlike the others, Jada is the only one of her group who is not sure what she is searching for. While nursing a broken heart, she discovers a few spiritual truths told to her by her grandmother. In the midst of trying to navigate finding employment, establishing relationships, and maintaining their own shaky friendship, the four of them learn that life in the big city can be as volatile as life in general.
