Grupo Tortoguero is a sea turtle conservation organization made up of many groups of scientists, biologists, and volunteers whom have met annually in Loreto, Mexico since 1998 to discuss and share their effective conservation efforts.This production illustrates the many efforts made by conservationists to aid in protecting turtles, their nests, their eggs and their hatchlings. These groups of volunteers clean ghost nets that trap turtles, patrol beaches to protect nesting turtles and their eggs, as well as track sea turtle migration using satellite telemetry.—Anonymous
