Weaving the lives of five different people together, the film creates a tapestry set against the stunning city of Salvador Bahia. Se Safando is a story of love, migration and heartbreak. Luana, pregnant brazilian searches for her boyfriend Roberval who is lost in a world of grafitti and girl chasing. His homesick Jamaican friend, Rafael is living in Bahia and sounds his time playing capoeira and playing women to forget about his homeland,until he is injured. He is nursed by one of his girlfriends Solange, whose love he doesn't appreciate until it's too late.
