Sitcom about Scorch, a talking human-sized 1300-year-old dragon living with TV weatherman Brian and his young daughter Jessica. No one else knows Scorch's real identity. In public, Scorch appears with Brian on his news program posing as a ventriloquist's dummy, always making jokes during Brian's weather forecasts.
