Each of the 12 episodes, on German TV from 1964 to 1968, is about an imaginary incident within an virtual village in the Federal Republic of Germany. Each of the episodes introduce another aspect of the Basic Constitutional Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If I remember correctly the amusing and interesting plots are about problems within a local community in case of a not existing Basic Constitutional Law.
