Karthik, a civil engineer falls deeply in love with Sandhya, a child pediatrician. Eashwar has vowed to kill Naushad's son in order to take revenge for killing his wife and son in a road accident.

After a man looses the love of his life in an accident, he sets out to find the boy her heart was donated to.
