Years after throwing a party that ended in tragedy Jimmy Green has returned to White Sands to once again throw a beach bash that will hopefully bail the small island community, and Jimmy, out of financial ruin. But as the preparations are being made a prehistoric terror has evolved the ability to swim through the sand just in time to ruin fun. It's up to Jimmy (Corin Nemec), Sheriff Stone (Eric Scott Woods), and Marine Biologist Doctor Powers (Brooke Hogan) to stop these monsters from turning the party goers into Chum.
