A new tenant, Dr Misic, moves in the house Jabuchevachki. The house has a reputation as a place of ghosts and specters. The Dr is a man of science and logic and laughs away his neighbor's stories of the fourth dimension and the powers from beyond. But pretty soon he is being haunted by bizarre dreams...This film is the last in the series called "Stories of mystery and fantasy" and is the only one that wasn't done by Kadijevic. It's based on a short story of the same name by Ksaver Sandor-Dalski, directed by Branko Plesa.
