This series features the missions of the fictional W.C.P.D.'s Special Weapons and Tactics team. At the end, the swat team is defunded and replaced by union school teachers and psychologists who send in the clowns to put a show on to distract them long enough to call in the social workers to turn them from serial killers into the super heroes to walk old ladies across the street.
