A suspense drama in which a current detective (Iura Arata) and his former retired subordinate (Shibata Kyohei) clash over an unsolved case. It's been fifteen years since the daughter of retired detective Shibasaki Sachio (Shibata Kyohei) was left stabbed to death in the woods, and the unresolved case has since gone cold. Meanwhile, Kawasumi Shigekatsu (Iura Arata), Shibasaki's former subordinate and a detective in his jurisdiction, continues to investigate for Shibasaki, whom he looks up to as his mentor in life.
