David Beebe, a fixture on the Texas Music Scene since the 1980's, is running for City Council in Marfa, TX. Faced with elusive city codes regarding his airstream trailer home and his new dance hall, Padre's, David decides to beat the system by re-inventing it, a prevailing theme throughout his life.
