Anna rules over his people in Rayalaseema and they revere him as God. When an upcoming project threatens the well- being of his people, Anna opposes it. In the bargain, he earns some dangerous enemies.

Story: Anna (Mohan Babu) is a much revered Rowdy who is law onto himself. He opposes the construction of a dam that would displace villagers from 30 villages. His enemies plan to eliminate him by manipulating Anna's elder son. But they have to contend with the younger son Krishna.—Dan Howes
