On Christmas Eve 1770, a young African warrior, who three years prior had been captured and sold into slavery in America, leads a desperate group of runaway slaves as they attempt to reach freedom in the North.

In December 1775, Kunta Kinte and Fiddler accompany their owner to another plantation at Christmas time and they learn that the son of the owner helps slaves escape, and the two of them try to help him, and also see this as an opportunity to escape themselves.—<rcs0411@yahoo.com>
