Detective Espinosa forms a task force when police officers in his precinct are murdered under similar circumstances. But as the investigation progresses, he suspects corruption within the force, becoming the hunted instead of the hunter.

Liutenant Espinosa (Domingos Montagner) is methodical , cultured and ethic. Suddenly in the area covered by his precinct; policemen start being murdered under the same circumstances; he then organizes a task group to try to solve those cases.
