But the Hollywood star has been, and is, much more than that, because he's committed to independent cinema, promoting independent directors, and advocating for the environment and North American indigenous people by using his stardom. The documentary tries to get closer to the big film star by means of expert interviews, film excerpts, festival appearances and rarely shown private shots.
